目的:了解低频超声电导药物透入治疗骨、关节结核的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析26例骨、关节结核患者通过给予全身抗结核化疗同时联合应用超声电导透入异烟肼和利福平治疗疗效,其中1例脊柱结核患者因不能耐受全身抗结核药物毒副作用仅给予局部超声电导药物透入治疗。分析治疗2周、1月、2月、6月和9月后患者临床症状、局部包块和影像学病灶吸收情况。结果26例骨、关节结核通过口服抗结核联合局部EP治疗病灶得到不同程度吸收,其中仅接受局部超声电导药物透入的脊柱结核患者治疗9个月后病灶明显吸收。结论抗结核药局部超声电导透入治疗骨、关节结核病临床疗效确切,值得推广。
目的:瞭解低頻超聲電導藥物透入治療骨、關節結覈的臨床療效。方法迴顧性分析26例骨、關節結覈患者通過給予全身抗結覈化療同時聯閤應用超聲電導透入異煙肼和利福平治療療效,其中1例脊柱結覈患者因不能耐受全身抗結覈藥物毒副作用僅給予跼部超聲電導藥物透入治療。分析治療2週、1月、2月、6月和9月後患者臨床癥狀、跼部包塊和影像學病竈吸收情況。結果26例骨、關節結覈通過口服抗結覈聯閤跼部EP治療病竈得到不同程度吸收,其中僅接受跼部超聲電導藥物透入的脊柱結覈患者治療9箇月後病竈明顯吸收。結論抗結覈藥跼部超聲電導透入治療骨、關節結覈病臨床療效確切,值得推廣。
목적:료해저빈초성전도약물투입치료골、관절결핵적림상료효。방법회고성분석26례골、관절결핵환자통과급여전신항결핵화료동시연합응용초성전도투입이연정화리복평치료료효,기중1례척주결핵환자인불능내수전신항결핵약물독부작용부급여국부초성전도약물투입치료。분석치료2주、1월、2월、6월화9월후환자림상증상、국부포괴화영상학병조흡수정황。결과26례골、관절결핵통과구복항결핵연합국부EP치료병조득도불동정도흡수,기중부접수국부초성전도약물투입적척주결핵환자치료9개월후병조명현흡수。결론항결핵약국부초성전도투입치료골、관절결핵병림상료효학절,치득추엄。
Objective:To observe the effect of low-frequency Electro- phonophoresis(EP) on patients with bone and joint tuber-culosis. Methods:26 patients with bone and joint tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed by systemic chemotherapy anti-tuberculosis drugs and EP with isoniazid and rifampicin, among these, 1 case with spinal tuberculosis was only treated by EP with isoniazid and ri-fampicin because of intolerance to side effects from oral anti-tuberculosis drugs. The clinical symptoms, local situation and the changes of ra-diographic lesions were observed at 2 weeks, 1 , 2 , 6 and 9 months. Result:The clinical symptoms, local situation and the changes of radio-graphic lesions of 26 patients with bone and joint tuberculosis were improved at different levels based on the treatment period after treatment with systemic chemotherapy anti-tuberculosis drugs and EP with isoniazid and rifampicin, one of them treated only with EP recovered well. Conclusion:low-frequency Electro-phonophoresis effects on patients with bone and joint tuberculosis and deserves to be used widely.
