[目的]分析经口内镜下括约肌切开术（PO EM 术）对贲门失驰缓症患者的治疗效果。[方法]以42例贲门失驰缓症患者为研究对象，随机分为试验组与对照组，每组21例。试验组患者使用POEM 术治疗，对照组患者使用传统开胸 Heller手术，观察比较2组患者的治疗效果、手术时间等相关指标。[结果]与对照组比较，试验组患者手术时间短、手术中出血量少、患者住院时间短，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。[结论]POEM 术治疗贲门失驰缓症的效果较好。
[목적]분석경구내경하괄약기절개술（PO EM 술）대분문실치완증환자적치료효과。[방법]이42례분문실치완증환자위연구대상，수궤분위시험조여대조조，매조21례。시험조환자사용POEM 술치료，대조조환자사용전통개흉 Heller수술，관찰비교2조환자적치료효과、수술시간등상관지표。[결과]여대조조비교，시험조환자수술시간단、수술중출혈량소、환자주원시간단，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。[결론]POEM 술치료분문실치완증적효과교호。
Objective]To analyze the efficacy-cost analysis of the peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM ) treatment for achalasia.[Methods]During the period of February 2011-July 2013 ,42 cases of achalasia pa-tients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional thoracotomy Heller surgery ,patients in the experimental group were treated with PO-EM.The efficacy-cost ,operation time and other related indicators were compared between the two groups.[Results]The patients in the experimental group showed shorter time ,less blood loss ,shorter hospital stay and various indicators than those in control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The use of POEM treatment on achalasia is better than conventional therapy.
