[目的]评价笑气联合间苯三酚应用于结肠镜检查的效果。[方法]802例患者分为2组，笑气联合间苯三酚组（A组）227例，常规结肠镜检查组（B组）575例。比较2组肠镜操作时间、疼痛度、复诊意愿率、非疼痛不良反应。[结果]A组患者在操作时间、疼痛度以及复诊意愿率上均优于B组（ P＜0.05）；A组与B组均无一例发生严重不良反应，A组发生躁动、头晕、乏力、氧饱和度一过性下降的例数均多于B组（P＜0.05），2组发生心动过速、幻觉以及眼球固定无反应的例数无差异（ P＞0.05）。[结论]：笑气联合间苯三酚应用于结肠镜检查可以减轻患者痛苦，缩短操作时间，无严重不良反应。
[목적]평개소기연합간분삼분응용우결장경검사적효과。[방법]802례환자분위2조，소기연합간분삼분조（A조）227례，상규결장경검사조（B조）575례。비교2조장경조작시간、동통도、복진의원솔、비동통불량반응。[결과]A조환자재조작시간、동통도이급복진의원솔상균우우B조（ P＜0.05）；A조여B조균무일례발생엄중불량반응，A조발생조동、두훈、핍력、양포화도일과성하강적례수균다우B조（P＜0.05），2조발생심동과속、환각이급안구고정무반응적례수무차이（ P＞0.05）。[결론]：소기연합간분삼분응용우결장경검사가이감경환자통고，축단조작시간，무엄중불량반응。
[Objective]To evaluate the effect of nitrous oxide(NO)combined with phloroglucinol on colonoscopy.[Methods]A total of 802 patients were divided into 2 groups ,NO combined with phloroglucin-ol group 227 cases(group A) ,conventional colonoscopy group 575 cases(group B).Comparing the operation time ,the level of pain ,the rate of referral willingness ,adverse reactions besides pain in the two groups. <br> [Results]The operation time ,the level of pain and referral willingness rate were better in group A than that in group B(P<0.05) ,adverse reactions except pain were different between the two groups.[Conclusion] NO combined with phloroglucinol for colonoscopy can relieve pain ,shorten the operation time ,and have no serious adverse reaction.
