通过溶剂流延成膜法配合超声辅助分散制备一种二氧化钛/多壁碳纳米管/聚芳醚腈(TiO2/MWCNT/PEN)三组分复合材料薄膜。对纯PEN薄膜和TiO2/MWCNT/PEN三组分复合材料薄膜的脆断面形貌进行表征,对比分析了TiO2/PEN二组分复合材料薄膜、MWCNT/PEN二组分复合材料薄膜以及TiO2/MWCNT/PEN三组分复合材料薄膜在50 Hz~100 kHz频率内的介电性能。结果表明:超声分散技术使TiO2和MWCNT在PEN基体中分散均匀;同时加入20% TiO2和3% MWCNT的TiO2/MWCNT/PEN复合材料薄膜的介电常数达到26(50 Hz),说明这两种填料对复合材料介电常数的提高有协同作用。

A titanium dioxide/multi-walled carbon nanotube/poly(arylene ether nitrile) (TiO2/MWCNT/PEN) three-component composites film was prepared by film casting method combined with ultrasonic treat-ment. The fracture morphology of the pure PEN film and TiO2/MWCNT/PEN three-component composite films were characterized, and the dielectric property of TiO2/PEN, MWCNT/PEN, and TiO2/MWCNT/PEN composite films at 50~100 kHz were analyzed. The results show that the ultrasonic treatment can make the TiO2 and MWCNT well disperse in the PEN matrix. The dielectric constant of the TiO2/MWCNT/PEN composites films with 20% TiO2 and 3% MWCNT attains 26 at 50 Hz, which indicate that the two fillers have synergistic enhancement effect to the dielectric constant of the composites.
