为满足特高压开关设备对于盆式绝缘子电气性能和力学性能的特殊要求,在常规浇注配方的基础上通过添加一定比例的脂环族环氧树脂,同时采用三段固化工艺制造高性能盆式绝缘子,并对其性能进行测试分析。结果表明:与常规配方材料相比,新配方的盆式绝缘子电气强度提高了27.6%,热变形温度提高了20.2%,热电老化寿命达到40年以上。高性能盆式绝缘子通过全部工频和雷电冲击裕度试验,水压破坏强度达到4.6 MPa。

To satisfy the special electrical and mechanical properties requirements of basin insulator for ultra high voltage(UHV) switchgear equipment, we prepared high performance basin insulators by adding certain percentages of alicyclic epoxy resin to the traditional casting recipe and using three-stage curing process, and their properties were tested. The results show that compared to the traditional recipe materials, the electric strength of the new recipe basin insulators increases by 27.6%, the heat distortion temperature increases by 20.2%, and the service life exceed 40 years. The high performance basin insulators all pass the power frequency and lighting impulse experiments, and the hydraulic failure strength attains 4.6 MPa.
