为改善沥青的路用性能和发展绿色环保型路面材料,制备温拌胶粉改性沥青,应用动态剪切流变试验( DSR)和低温弯曲梁流变试验( BBR),全面系统研究胶粉细度及掺量对温拌改性沥青的高温流变性能和低温流变性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:温拌改性沥青的高温稳定性能随着胶粉细度的减小和胶粉掺量的增加而逐渐提高;沥青的低温流变性能随着胶粉细度的增大和胶粉掺量的增加而不断改善。
為改善瀝青的路用性能和髮展綠色環保型路麵材料,製備溫拌膠粉改性瀝青,應用動態剪切流變試驗( DSR)和低溫彎麯樑流變試驗( BBR),全麵繫統研究膠粉細度及摻量對溫拌改性瀝青的高溫流變性能和低溫流變性能的影響規律。試驗結果錶明:溫拌改性瀝青的高溫穩定性能隨著膠粉細度的減小和膠粉摻量的增加而逐漸提高;瀝青的低溫流變性能隨著膠粉細度的增大和膠粉摻量的增加而不斷改善。
위개선력청적로용성능화발전록색배보형로면재료,제비온반효분개성력청,응용동태전절류변시험( DSR)화저온만곡량류변시험( BBR),전면계통연구효분세도급참량대온반개성력청적고온류변성능화저온류변성능적영향규률。시험결과표명:온반개성력청적고온은정성능수착효분세도적감소화효분참량적증가이축점제고;력청적저온류변성능수착효분세도적증대화효분참량적증가이불단개선。
In order to improve road performance of asphalt and develop green environment friendly pavement materials and prepare warm-mix rubber powder modified asphalt, this paper comprehensively and systematically studies the laws of influences on fineness and mixing amount of rubber powder on high-temperature and low-temperature rheological properties of warm-mix modified asphalt by means of dynamic shear rheological ( DSR) test and low-temperature bending beam rheological ( BBR) test. The test results show that the high-temperature stability of warm-mix modified asphalt is improved gradually with decrease of fineness of rubber powder and increase of mixing amount of rubber powder;and the low-temperature rheological properties of asphalt is improved successively with increase of fineness and mixing amount of rubber powder.
