建筑物室内空间建模是地理信息、位置服务、智能建筑等领域关注的热点之一,是室内开展精细化、人性化、智能化应用与服务不可回避的问题。本文首先回顾了室内空间建模的发展现状,总结归纳了室内空间的四个显著特点,然后比较分析了三类常用室内空间建模方法的优缺点,最后重点介绍了CityGML, BISDM,IndoorGML,BIM四个数据模型的基本内容,并从不同角度进行了横向对比。

Building interior space modeling is a focus in several fields, such as geo-information, LBS and smart building, also an inevitable question in providing refining, personalized and intellectualizing applications and service for interior space. In this paper a review is proposed firstly, then four characters of interior space are concluded, three common interior space modeling methods are compared, and finally, four data models including CityGML, BISDM, IndoorGML and BIM are introduced and analyzed.
