目的:对高职护生毕业时核心胜任力进行调查,探寻高职护生毕业时的核心胜任力弱点予以完善。方法分别抽取2012届三年制护理专业学生281名及苏州3所三级甲等医院从事护理工作10年以上的60名护士为研究对象,采用护士的核心胜任力调查问卷分别就临床护士和高职毕业护生在核心胜任力方面的认知、要求等情况进行调查。结果共发放学生调查问卷281份,回收280份,有效回收率为98.22%;发放护士调查问卷60份,回收60份,有效回收率为100%。临床护士对高职护生在组织能力、团结合作能力、健康教育能力、抗压能力及沟通能力的评价得分分别为(2.75±0.98),(3.17±0.94),(3.26±0.89),(2.97±0.82),(3.01±0.85)分,均优于高职护生毕业时的自我评价(3.07±0.79),(3.48±0.89),(3.53±0.74),(3.22±0.86),(3.26±0.77)分;临床护士在对高职护生专业知识方面的评价得分(3.58±0.71)低于高职护生自评得分(3.99±0.83)分,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.93,2.37,2.34,2.19,2.12,2.19;P<0.05)。高职毕业护生和临床护士认为在护理工作中起重要作用前5项为临床实践能力、专业技能、解决问题能力、团队合作能力和沟通能力;高职毕业护生和临床护士认为高职护生毕业后需迫切解决的问题的前5项为解决问题体的能力、专业态度、沟通能力、临床实践能力及抗压能力。结论高职护生毕业时核心胜任力不够理想,特别在评判性思维和人文素养等方面要注意加强培养。

Objective To investigate the core competency of vocational nursing students when they graduated, and to find out the weaknesses of core competency in order to further improvements .Methods A total of 281 vocational nursing students and 60 nurses who had worked for over 10 years were selected as the participants.The questionnaires about core competency of nurses were investigated among the participants , and the results were compared .Results As for the vocational nursing students , 281 questionnaires were distributed and 280 questionnaires were returned , with an effective rate of 98.22%.As for the nurses , 60 questionnaires were distributed and 60 questionnaires were returned , with an effective rate of 100%.The vocational nursing students'scores of organizational ability , cooperation ability , health education ability , anti-pressure ability and communication ability were (2.75 ±0.98), (3.17 ±0.94 ), (3.26 ±0.89 ), (2.97 ±0.82 ) and (3.01 ± 0.85 ) , respectively , which were higher than the clinical nurses'evaluated scores of ( 3.07 ±0.79 ) , ( 3.48 ± 0.89 ) , ( 3.53 ±0.74 ) , ( 3.22 ±0.86 ) and ( 3.26 ±0.77 ) . The self-evaluated score of professional knowledge was (3.58 ±0.71), which was lower than the score of (3.99 ±0.83) given by the clinical nurses. The differences were significant ( t=3.93 ,2.37 ,2.34 ,2.19 ,2.12 ,2.19 , respectively;P<0.05 ) .Chosen by the vocational nursing students and the clinical nurses , the top 5 aspects which played an important role in nursing profession were clinical practice capacity , professional skills, problem-solving ability, cooperation ability and communication skills;The top 5 aspects which were urgent in settle were problem-solving ability, professional attitude, communication skills, clinical practice capacity and anti-pressure ability.Conclusions The core competency of vocational nursing students was unsatisfactory , especially for the ability of critical thinking and humanism needed improvements .
