目的：探讨临床护理路径在蝮蛇咬伤患者中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将65例蝮蛇咬伤患者分为试验组33例和对照组32例。对照组按蛇咬伤护理常规进行护理，试验组应用临床护理路径实施管理。比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、局部疼痛视觉模拟评分法（ VAS）评分、健康知识掌握情况、住院满意度。结果两组患者入院首日的局部疼痛VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；第3天的VAS评分试验组为（1．50±1．45）分，优于对照组的（2．43±1．28）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝2．749，P＜0．01）；试验组平均住院时间、平均住院费用分别为（5．21±1．71）d，（1376．40±410．48）元，优于对照组的（6．09±1．53）d，（1597．30±376．60）元，差异有统计学意义（t分别为2．192，2．259；P＜0．05）；试验组的健康知识问卷、住院满意度问卷评分分别为（26．88±2．60），（98．97±1．81）分，高于对照组的（22．28±4．57），（94．78±4．11）分，差异有统计学意义（t分别为4．940，5．383；P＜0．01）。结论在蝮蛇咬伤患者的护理中应用临床护理路径，可以促使患者早日康复，缩短住院时间，减少住院费用，提高患者健康知识的掌握程度及住院满意度。

목적：탐토림상호리로경재복사교상환자중적응용효과。방법안수궤수자표법장65례복사교상환자분위시험조33례화대조조32례。대조조안사교상호리상규진행호리，시험조응용림상호리로경실시관리。비교량조환자적주원시간、주원비용、국부동통시각모의평분법（ VAS）평분、건강지식장악정황、주원만의도。결과량조환자입원수일적국부동통VAS평분비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；제3천적VAS평분시험조위（1．50±1．45）분，우우대조조적（2．43±1．28）분，차이유통계학의의（t＝2．749，P＜0．01）；시험조평균주원시간、평균주원비용분별위（5．21±1．71）d，（1376．40±410．48）원，우우대조조적（6．09±1．53）d，（1597．30±376．60）원，차이유통계학의의（t분별위2．192，2．259；P＜0．05）；시험조적건강지식문권、주원만의도문권평분분별위（26．88±2．60），（98．97±1．81）분，고우대조조적（22．28±4．57），（94．78±4．11）분，차이유통계학의의（t분별위4．940，5．383；P＜0．01）。결론재복사교상환자적호리중응용림상호리로경，가이촉사환자조일강복，축단주원시간，감소주원비용，제고환자건강지식적장악정도급주원만의도。
Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients with agkistrodon halys snake bite .Methods A total of 65 agkistrodon halys snake bite patients were divided into the experimental group (n=33) and the control group (n=32) by using random number table method .The control group was given the conventional nursing , while the experimental group received clinical nursing pathway . Hospitalization days , expense , VAS score of local pain , grasp of health knowledge and patients ’ satisfaction rate were compared between two groups .Results There was no statistically significant difference of VAS score of local pain on the first day of hospitalization between two groups (P>0.05).On the third day, the VAS score was (1.50 ±1.45) in the experimental group and (2.43 ±1.28) in the control group, with statistically significant difference (t=2.749,P<0.01).The average hospitalization days and expense were (5.21 ±1.71)d and (1 376.40 ±410.48) yuan in the experimental group, better than (6.09 ±1.53) d and(1 597.30 ± 376.60)yuan in the control group, with statistically significant differences (t=2.192,2.259, respectively;P<0.05).The score of health knowledge and satisfaction rate was (26.88 ±2.60)and(98.97 ±1.81)in the experimental group, higher than (22.28 ±4.57)and(94.78 ±4.11)in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t =4.940,5.383, respectively; P <0.01).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway can promote the recovery of patients with agkistrodon halys snake bite , shorten their hospitalization days, reduce their expense , and improve their health knowledge as well as satisfaction rate .
