目的：系统评价国内临床护理路径在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用情况。方法计算机检索中国知网数据库（ CNKI ）、重庆维普全文数据库（ VIP ）、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库（CBM），选择临床护理路径应用于乳腺癌手术患者的临床对照研究，采用 RevMan 5．2进行分析。结果最终纳入10个临床对照研究，包括904例乳腺癌手术患者，其中临床护理路径组453例，对照组451例。 Meta分析结果表明：与对照组相比，临床护理路径组平均住院时间短，平均住院费用低，满意度较高，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论临床护理路径应用于乳腺癌手术患者，能明显缩短其住院时间，降低其住院费用，提高患者的满意度。同时，这一结论尚有待于设计严密规范的大样本、多中心、随机双盲对照研究进一步证实。
목적：계통평개국내림상호리로경재유선암수술환자중적응용정황。방법계산궤검색중국지망수거고（ CNKI ）、중경유보전문수거고（ VIP ）、만방수거고、중국생물의학문헌광반수거고（CBM），선택림상호리로경응용우유선암수술환자적림상대조연구，채용 RevMan 5．2진행분석。결과최종납입10개림상대조연구，포괄904례유선암수술환자，기중림상호리로경조453례，대조조451례。 Meta분석결과표명：여대조조상비，림상호리로경조평균주원시간단，평균주원비용저，만의도교고，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론림상호리로경응용우유선암수술환자，능명현축단기주원시간，강저기주원비용，제고환자적만의도。동시，저일결론상유대우설계엄밀규범적대양본、다중심、수궤쌍맹대조연구진일보증실。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway applied on patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods Searched the CNK,IVIP,Wan fang database and CBM ,collected controlled clinical trials about clinical nursing pathway applied on patients with breast cancer surgery .Then, the summary data was analyzed by RevMan 5.2 software.Results Totals of 10 controlled clinical trials were incorporated ,including 904 patients with breast cancer surgery , clinical nursing pathway group had 453 patients,and control group had 451 patients.Meta-analysis showed that compared with control group , the hospital stay of clinical nursing pathway group was shorter ,average cost was less and the satisfaction was higher ,and the difference between the two groups had significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusions Applying clinical nursing pathway in patients with breast cancer surgery can shorten the average hospital stay , reduce the hospital cost and improve the satisfaction of patients .However , randomized double-blind controlled studies with large samples are needed to further confirm the conclusion .
