采用新型抛光酶Cellusoft Combi对高克质量的棉盖涤汗布进行抛光整理。介绍了新抛光方法和常规抛光方法的工艺流程和工艺曲线,分析了其加工后织物的抗起毛起球、顶破强力和上染率等性能,对比了其用料及能耗成本。结果表明,该新型抛光酶在高克质量棉盖涤汗布上具有非常好的适应性与实用价值,显著提高了生产效率,降低生产成本,减少能源消耗。

In the experiment, new type of polishing enzyme Cellusoft Combi is used for polishing process of cotton-plaited polyester single jersey with high weigint per unit area. This paper introduces the technologic flow and technologic curve of the new polishing method and conventional polishing methods. And we analyze the properties including pilling resistance, bursting strength, dye-uptake and so on after finishing. This paper compares the mate-rial and energy costs. The results show that the new type of polishing enzyme has good adaptability and practical value in cotton-plaited polyester single jersey. It improves the production efficiency. It also reduces production costs and energy consumption.
