选用线密度均为15.6 tex的纯羊驼毛纱线与羊毛纱线,在机号为7.2针/25.4 mm的德国斯托尔公司CMS 530 HP型电脑横机上编织纬平针织物,测试对比两种针织物的主要服用性能,包括透气性、保温性、悬垂性、抗起毛起球性以及尺寸稳定性。结果表明,羊驼毛针织物的透气性明显好于羊毛针织物,而其悬垂性、保温性、抗起毛起球性、水洗尺寸变化率相对较差,尤其是水洗尺寸变化率明显低于羊毛针织物,该研究为羊驼毛针织物的应用推广提供了理论基础。
選用線密度均為15.6 tex的純羊駝毛紗線與羊毛紗線,在機號為7.2針/25.4 mm的德國斯託爾公司CMS 530 HP型電腦橫機上編織緯平針織物,測試對比兩種針織物的主要服用性能,包括透氣性、保溫性、懸垂性、抗起毛起毬性以及呎吋穩定性。結果錶明,羊駝毛針織物的透氣性明顯好于羊毛針織物,而其懸垂性、保溫性、抗起毛起毬性、水洗呎吋變化率相對較差,尤其是水洗呎吋變化率明顯低于羊毛針織物,該研究為羊駝毛針織物的應用推廣提供瞭理論基礎。

The paper develops two kinds of plain knitted fabrics on the 7.2 G Stoll CMS 530 HP computerized flat knitting machine by using 15.6 tex pure alpaca yarn and wool yarn respectively. In addition, it tests and com-pares the main wearing properties of the two knitted fabrics, including air permeability, warmth retention, drapabil-ity, pilling resistance and dimensional stability. The results show that the air permeability of alpaca knitted fabric is much better than that of wool knitted fabric, but its drapability, warmth retention, pilling resistance and dimen-sional stability are relatively poor, especially the dimensional stability. The achievements made in this paper can provide some theoretical basis for the application of alpaca knitted products.
