The paper described the use of silk in the production of warp knitted Jacquard silk fabrics on KSJ3/1 warp knitting machine and the principle of Jacquard design, as well as the design idea. Then it introduced the process of product development, including machine parameters, raw materials, knitting and finishing, and analyzed in detail the key to developing warp knitted acquard silk fabric such as the rational setting of warp run-in, inge-nious application of pattern effect and the attention to edge hole.
