抗β2糖蛋白Ⅰ(β2GPⅠ)抗体是以β2GP Ⅰ为靶抗原的抗磷脂抗体,β2GP Ⅰ又称载脂蛋白H (ApoH),是血浆中的一种单链蛋白质,主要由肝脏合成,浓度约为200 μ g/ml.已研究的结果表明,抗β2GP Ⅰ抗体可以与多种带负电荷物质结合,包括磷脂、脂蛋白,可以通过受体导致血小板活化,通过多种途径促使血栓形成,在抗磷脂综合征(APS)的血栓形成过程中发挥重要作用.

Anti-beta 2 glycoprotein Ⅰ antibody (anti-β2GP Ⅰ antibody) is one of antiphospholipid antibody (aPL) targeting human β2 glycoprotein Ⅰ (β 2GP Ⅰ).Anti-β 2GP Ⅰ antibody is a plasma protein with a single polypeptide synthesized by the liver.Its blood concentration is about 200 μ g/ml.Researches showed that anti-β2GP Ⅰ antibody can activate platelets through binding with a variety of negatively charged substances including phospholipids and lipoproteins.And then anti-β2GP Ⅰ antibody can also promote thrombosis by a variety of ways.Therefore,it plays an important role in the process of thrombosis in antiphospholipid syndrome(APS).
