目的：探讨束针疗法治疗顽固性面瘫的疗效。方法：将80例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组各40例。治疗组采用束针疗法加传统针刺治疗；对照组采用传统针刺治疗。治疗后比较疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95％，对照组总有效率为85％，治疗组优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。且治疗组疗程短，见效快。结论：束针疗法治疗顽固性面瘫疗效明显优于传统针刺。
목적：탐토속침요법치료완고성면탄적료효。방법：장80례완고성면탄환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，량조각40례。치료조채용속침요법가전통침자치료；대조조채용전통침자치료。치료후비교료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위95％，대조조총유효솔위85％，치료조우우대조조（ P＜0．05）。차치료조료정단，견효쾌。결론：속침요법치료완고성면탄료효명현우우전통침자。
Objective:To discuss the curative effect of bunched needles therapy on refractory prosopoplegia. Methods:80 patients with refractory prosopoplegia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Each group contained 40 patients.The control group adopted traditional acupuncture therapy, while bunched needles combined with traditional acupuncture therapy was applied in the treatment group.Results:The effective rates of two groups were respectively 95%in the treatment group and 85%in the control group. The new method had the advantage for short course of treatment and a good therapeutic effect.Conclusion:The bunched needles therapy is superior to the simply traditional acupuncture therapy.
