目的：观察耳穴按压结合电针治疗中风后焦虑症的临床疗效。方法：90例中风后焦虑患者在基础针刺及口服西药黛力新的基础上，进行耳穴按压及电针的治疗，根据汉密尔顿焦虑量表（ HAMA ）、生活自理能力评定Barthel指数（BI）的评分变化来评价疗效。结果：经过治疗后，总有效率为85．56％，自理能力均明显增强。结论：耳穴按压结合电针是治疗中风后遗焦虑症的有效方法。

목적：관찰이혈안압결합전침치료중풍후초필증적림상료효。방법：90례중풍후초필환자재기출침자급구복서약대력신적기출상，진행이혈안압급전침적치료，근거한밀이돈초필량표（ HAMA ）、생활자리능력평정Barthel지수（BI）적평분변화래평개료효。결과：경과치료후，총유효솔위85．56％，자리능력균명현증강。결론：이혈안압결합전침시치료중풍후유초필증적유효방법。
Objective:To investigate the clinically curative effect of the auricular acupressure combined with electroacupuncture treatment on patients with anxiety disorders after stroke.Methods:Ninety patients with anxi-ety disorders after stroke received oral paroxetine and basic acupuncture treatment as well as the auricular acu-pressure combined with electroacupuncture treatment.Anxiety levels and patients’ conditions were assessed by the score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale ( HAMA) and Barthel Index( BI) before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate was 85.56%,and self-care ability improved significantly.Conclusion:The auricular acupressure combined with electroacupuncture treatment is an effective therapy for anxiety disor-ders after stroke.
