目的：探讨针刺颈夹脊结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效及其初步的作用机制。方法：将131例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组，治疗组接受针刺颈夹脊结合推拿治疗，对照组接受推拿治疗，观察两组病例治疗前后临床症状、特殊功能检查、影像学检查指标的变化。结果：两组临床疗效在观察期内差异有显著性，治疗组临床控制率为43．76％（28/64），对照组为36．67％（22/60），治疗组的临床控制率高于对照组，差异具有显著性（ P＜0．05）。结论：针刺颈夹脊结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效优于单纯推拿疗法。
목적：탐토침자경협척결합추나치료신경근형경추병적림상료효급기초보적작용궤제。방법：장131례신경근형경추병환자수궤분위량조，치료조접수침자경협척결합추나치료，대조조접수추나치료，관찰량조병례치료전후림상증상、특수공능검사、영상학검사지표적변화。결과：량조림상료효재관찰기내차이유현저성，치료조림상공제솔위43．76％（28/64），대조조위36．67％（22/60），치료조적림상공제솔고우대조조，차이구유현저성（ P＜0．05）。결론：침자경협척결합추나치료신경근형경추병적료효우우단순추나요법。
Objectiv e:To study effects of a combined regime of acupuncturing at Neck-Jiaji and massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with nerve root type and make a preliminary revelation of mechanisms by auricular-plaster and body acupuncture.Methods:131 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group received acupuncture at Neck -Jiaji combined with massage and the control group received treatment with massage.A comparison was done according to the clinical overall therapeutic effect, special func-tion exam and image indexes.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in clinical overall therapeutic effect.The control rate was 43.76%( 28/64 ) in the treatment group, and the control rate was 36.67%(22/60) in the control group,which had a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The thera-peutic effect on treatment of cervical spondylosis with nerve root type by acupuncturing at Neck -Jiaji combined with massage is better than that only with massage.
