目的：探讨针刺治疗对膝痹病患者股四头肌肌张力的影响。方法：将符合纳入标准的80例单侧膝骨关节炎患者采用Myotonometer（R）-肌肉状态测试系统测量双侧股四头肌静息状态肌张力RAUC，采用HSS膝关节功能评分对患侧膝关节进行评分。所有患者针刺治疗3周，比较治疗前后患膝股四头肌肌张力的变化及膝关节功能。结果：患侧膝关节静息状态股四头肌肌张力RAUC低于健侧，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；治疗后患侧膝关节HSS功能积分和股四头肌静息状态肌张力RAUC均明显改善（P＜0．01）。结论：膝痹病患者患膝股四头肌静息状态肌张力较健侧膝关节要低，针刺治疗可通过增加股四头肌肌张力、恢复膝关节的生物力学平衡以治疗膝痹病。
목적：탐토침자치료대슬비병환자고사두기기장력적영향。방법：장부합납입표준적80례단측슬골관절염환자채용Myotonometer（R）-기육상태측시계통측량쌍측고사두기정식상태기장력RAUC，채용HSS슬관절공능평분대환측슬관절진행평분。소유환자침자치료3주，비교치료전후환슬고사두기기장력적변화급슬관절공능。결과：환측슬관절정식상태고사두기기장력RAUC저우건측，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）；치료후환측슬관절HSS공능적분화고사두기정식상태기장력RAUC균명현개선（P＜0．01）。결론：슬비병환자환슬고사두기정식상태기장력교건측슬관절요저，침자치료가통과증가고사두기기장력、회복슬관절적생물역학평형이치료슬비병。
Objective:To study the effect of muscular tension of quadriceps femoris in knee osteoarthritis by ac-upuncture.Methods:80 cases that conformed to the inclusive criteria were observed by HSS therapeutic effect score to evaluate the muscular tension of quadriceps femoris.Results:The muscular tension of the quadriceps femoris in disabled knee was lower than that of the healthy knee( P<0.01);The HSS therapeutic effect score and the muscular tension of quadriceps femoris of the disabled knee were significantly improved after the treat-ment( P<0.01) .Conclusion:Static muscular tension of quadriceps femoris in disabled knee is lower than that of the healthy knee.Acupuncture can cure the knee osteoarthritis because it can recover the balance of the disa-bled knee.
