目的：观察腰突穴臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症（ LIDP）的临床疗效。方法：将96例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表法分为两组，以腰突穴臭氧注射为治疗组，单穴电针腰突穴为对照组，在疗程结束后比较疼痛改善程度和临床综合疗效。结果：治疗组疼痛改善有效率为96．8％，对照组有效率为81．3％；随访临床疗效，治疗组有效率93．8％，对照组为72．9％，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：腰突穴臭氧注射能够有效改善LIDP患者疼痛及临床症状，促进患者康复。
목적：관찰요돌혈취양주사치료요추간반돌출증（ LIDP）적림상료효。방법：장96례요추간반돌출증환자안수궤수자표법분위량조，이요돌혈취양주사위치료조，단혈전침요돌혈위대조조，재료정결속후비교동통개선정도화림상종합료효。결과：치료조동통개선유효솔위96．8％，대조조유효솔위81．3％；수방림상료효，치료조유효솔93．8％，대조조위72．9％，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론：요돌혈취양주사능구유효개선LIDP환자동통급림상증상，촉진환자강복。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by ozone injec-tion at Yaotu point.Methods:96 patients were divided into two groups by Random Number Table.A treatment group was treated by ozone injection at Yaotu point.A control group was treated by electroacupuncture at Yaotu point.The degrees of pain relief and the clinical therapeutic effects were compared at the end of treatment cour-ses.Results:The efficacy rate in pain relief was 96.8% in the treatment group and 81.3% in the control group.A follow-up of clinically therapeutic effect showed the efficacy rate was 93.8%in the treatment group and 72.9%in the control group and there was a statistically significant difference ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:This treatment can alleviate the degrees of pain and clinical symptoms of patients.
