2004年笔者曾撰文提出根据不同专业而设计的复合型英语人才培养模式，即“基础英语＋专业英语”。基于此，在认真调研、分析广西高职高专英语人才培养背景的基础上，阐述以就业为导向、职业能力为中心，建立广西高职高专复合型英语人才培养模式的必要性及改革的主要措施。

2004년필자증찬문제출근거불동전업이설계적복합형영어인재배양모식，즉“기출영어＋전업영어”。기우차，재인진조연、분석엄서고직고전영어인재배양배경적기출상，천술이취업위도향、직업능력위중심，건립엄서고직고전복합형영어인재배양모식적필요성급개혁적주요조시。
In 2004 ,the author once wrote and published a thesis putting forward a mode for complex English talent training ,de-signed according to students'different majors ,namely "basic English and professional English".Based on this ,taking employ-ment as the guidance and professional ability as the center ,after careful research and analysis of the background of talent train-ing in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi ,this paper expounds the necessity of establishing a mode for complex English talent training in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi and the main measures of reformation.
