“后置订单”人才培养模式是订单人才培养模式的一种，本文将“后置订单”人才培养模式与传统的全程订单人才培养模式相比较，分析了“后置订单”人才培养模式的特点和优点，指出其在实施过程中存在的主要问题和障碍，提出了推动“后置订单”人才培养模式实施的具体对策。

"Post order"mode is one mode of order talents cultivation.Compared with the traditional whole order talents cultiva-tion mode ,the paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of “post order”mode ,points out the main problems and obsta-cles existing in its implementation ,and put forward some countermeasures to promote the implementation of“post order” talent cultivation mode.
