大学生创新能力的培养是当今我国高校面临的一个重大课题。基于非优势学科专业的特点以及针对大学生创新能力培养存在的问题，从导师制管理、构建创新小团队、创新实践教学模式及方法等方面，提出非优势学科专业大学生创新能力培养的策略建议。

In contemporary society of China ,the cultivation of students'innovation ability is a major issue.This paper focuses on how to cultivate innovation ability of students in non-dominant disciplines.The authors take characteristics of the non-domi-nant disciplines as well as the existing problems in cultivation of the student innovation ability into account ,and give some rec-ommendations on methods of cultivating innovation ability based on mentoring management ,innovation team building ,innova-tion practice models and teaching methods of innovation practice.
