《就业指导》课程对于提高毕业生的就业质量具有重要作用，而根据不同专业的特点开展《就业指导》课程教学，能使教学达到更好的效果。文章根据土木行业的特点，从教学时间安排、教学内容选择、教学方法以及师资方面对土木类专业《就业指导》课程的教学进行了深入分析，并对目前教学中存在的问题提出了解决办法。

"Employment guidance"curriculum plays an important role in improving the quality of employment of graduates ,but according to the characteristics of different professional to conduct the " Employment guidance "course teaching ,the teaching results would be better.In this article ,the teaching of civil engineering "Employment guidance"to higher vocational school was analysed from time arrangement ,selection of teaching content ,teaching method and teachers ,also ,the proposal was put forward to solve the current problems.
