目的：观察星状神经节阻滞加肩关节周围痛点注射与单纯肩关节周围痛点注射治疗急性期肩周炎的临床效果。方法将110例急性期肩周炎患者随机分成两组，每组55例。治疗组采用星状神经节阻滞加肩关节周围痛点注射，对照组采用肩关节周围痛点注射；两组均1次/ w，4次为一个疗程。治疗期间均行肩关节功能锻炼，观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组肩关节疼痛缓解及活动度恢复的程度明显高于对照组。结论实施星状神经节阻滞加肩关节周围痛点注射治疗急性期肩周炎，效果优于单纯肩关节周围痛点注射。
목적：관찰성상신경절조체가견관절주위통점주사여단순견관절주위통점주사치료급성기견주염적림상효과。방법장110례급성기견주염환자수궤분성량조，매조55례。치료조채용성상신경절조체가견관절주위통점주사，대조조채용견관절주위통점주사；량조균1차/ w，4차위일개료정。치료기간균행견관절공능단련，관찰량조치료효과。결과치료조견관절동통완해급활동도회복적정도명현고우대조조。결론실시성상신경절조체가견관절주위통점주사치료급성기견주염，효과우우단순견관절주위통점주사。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of stellate ganglion block plus pain spots injection and that of simple pain spots injection around shoulder joint on shoulder periarthritis at acute stage. Methods Total 110 patients with acute shoulder periarthritis were selected and divided randomly into 2 groups averagely,i. e. ,control group and treatment group,55 ones in each group. For the treatment group,stellate ganglion block combined with pain spots injection around shoulder joint was adopted,while simple pain spots injection around shoulder joint was adopted for the control group. Both groups were treated once per week and four times was a treatment course. Functional exercises of the shoulder joints were performed and the treatment effects of both groups were observed. Results The rates of both the pain relief and activity recovery of shoulder joint in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group. Conclusion For shoulder periarthritis at acute stage,the clinical effects of stellate ganglion block plus pain spots injection are better than that of simple pain spots injection.
