目的:探讨体质指数(BMI)和腰围(WC)与冠状动脉慢血流(CSF)之间的关系。方法入选左室射血功能正常,经冠状动脉造影证实矫正的 TIMI 血流帧计数(CTFC)>27的 CSF 患者及同期经冠脉造影显示冠脉血流正常者为研究对象,其中 CSF 组29例,正常血流组29例,所有入选者常规测量身高、腰围、体重,计算 BMI。分析 BMI、腰围与 CTFC 帧计数的关系。结果两组入选者基线资料相当,CSF 组患者 BMI、WC 均明显高于正常对照组(P <0.05);BMI 及 WC 与 CSF 多因素logistic 回归分析提示,WC >85 cm 组患病危险 OR 及95% CI 为1.628(1.425~1.859,P <0.05);BMI≥28 kg/ m2对 CSF 的患病危险 OR 及95% CI 为3.710(3.148~4.371,P <0.05)。结论 CSF 患者 BMI 及 WC 明显升高,BMI 及 WC 升高是冠状动脉慢血流现象的危险因素。

목적:탐토체질지수(BMI)화요위(WC)여관상동맥만혈류(CSF)지간적관계。방법입선좌실사혈공능정상,경관상동맥조영증실교정적 TIMI 혈류정계수(CTFC)>27적 CSF 환자급동기경관맥조영현시관맥혈류정상자위연구대상,기중 CSF 조29례,정상혈류조29례,소유입선자상규측량신고、요위、체중,계산 BMI。분석 BMI、요위여 CTFC 정계수적관계。결과량조입선자기선자료상당,CSF 조환자 BMI、WC 균명현고우정상대조조(P <0.05);BMI 급 WC 여 CSF 다인소logistic 회귀분석제시,WC >85 cm 조환병위험 OR 급95% CI 위1.628(1.425~1.859,P <0.05);BMI≥28 kg/ m2대 CSF 적환병위험 OR 급95% CI 위3.710(3.148~4.371,P <0.05)。결론 CSF 환자 BMI 급 WC 명현승고,BMI 급 WC 승고시관상동맥만혈류현상적위험인소。
Objective To analyze the correlation of body mass index(BMI)and waist circumference(WC)with coronary slow flow( CSF). Methods CSF patients whose left ventricular ejection functions were normal and corrected TIMI flow frame counts (CTFC)by coronary angiography were more than 27 and the persons with normal coronary flow confirmed by coronary angiography were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups,i. e. ,CSF group and normal group,and each group had 29 patients. Routine measurements of body height,WC,and weight of all the subjects were made in order to calculate the BMI and analyze the correlation of BMI and WC with CTFC. Results The baseline information of the subjects in the two groups were equivalent,the BMI and WC of the patients in the CSF group were obviously greater than those in the normal group(P < 0. 05). According to the multivariate logistic regression analysis of BMI and WC with CSF,OR and 95% CI of the patients whose WC were > 85 cm were 1. 628 (1. 425-1. 859,P < 0. 05),and those of the patients whose BMI ≥ 28 kg/ m2 were 3. 710(3. 148-4. 371,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The BMI and WC of the patients with CSF increase significantly,and they are the risk factors for CSF.
