目的：了解急诊专科护士培训学员对培训过程的体会和建议，为进一步完善急诊专科护士培训模式提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，对8名受访对象进行个人深入访谈，采用Colaizzi七步分析法提炼主题。结果受访者最深的感受包括4个主题：珍惜，差距，压力，收获；对理论培训的看法包括：内容全面，时间紧迫，拥护好老师，丰富教学方式；对实践技能培训的看法包括：未达预期，渴望更多的动手机会，调整培训时间，调整培训方式等4个主题。结论有必要倾听培训学员的心声，采纳相关建议，进一步完善某省的急诊专科护士培训模式。

Objective To understand the emergency nurse specialists ’ experiences and suggestions of training process in a province so as to provide the theoretical basis for the further improvement of emergency nurse specialist training mode .Methods Eight nurses who participated in emergency nurse specialist training received the in-depth interview which was belonged to the phenomenological research methods of qualitative research, and the themes were refined through the Colaizzi ’s analysis procedure.Results The deepest feelings of trainees included four themes: cherishing, gap, pressure, harvest; the trainees’ perception of theoretical training included four themes: comprehensive contents , tight time, appreciating good teachers , rich teaching methods;the trainees’ perception of practical skills training included four themes:disappointed, more practice opportunities , adjusting training time , adjusting training mode .Conclusions In order to further improve the emergency nurse specialist training mode in a province , it is necessary to listen to the voices of training emergency nurse specialist and adopt some suggestions .
