膜分离技术中的MBR与RO组合工艺具有出水水质好、占地面积小、便于自动控制、运行稳定等优点。但在运行过程中,膜会发生不同程度的污堵,如何减缓膜污染的发生及让系统稳定高效的运行是膜法水处理技术面临的主要问题。通过优化生化系统的菌群结构,提高生化出水水质,可有效减缓MBR膜污染的发生,从而使生化+ MBR系统的整体运行效果大大增强;通过在MBR和RO之间增设汽水换热系统,可克服冬季低温对RO系统运行的影响,提高MBR + RO组合工艺的产水率,节省运行能耗。
膜分離技術中的MBR與RO組閤工藝具有齣水水質好、佔地麵積小、便于自動控製、運行穩定等優點。但在運行過程中,膜會髮生不同程度的汙堵,如何減緩膜汙染的髮生及讓繫統穩定高效的運行是膜法水處理技術麵臨的主要問題。通過優化生化繫統的菌群結構,提高生化齣水水質,可有效減緩MBR膜汙染的髮生,從而使生化+ MBR繫統的整體運行效果大大增彊;通過在MBR和RO之間增設汽水換熱繫統,可剋服鼕季低溫對RO繫統運行的影響,提高MBR + RO組閤工藝的產水率,節省運行能耗。

The combing technology of MBR and RO possesses good water quality, accounts for a smal area of the land, is easy to automatic control and has a stable operation in membrane separation technique. But in the operation course, the membrane would cause the sludge blockage at the different degree. The main problem of the membrane process of water treatment technique is how to eliminate the occurrence of membrane polution and to maintain the operation of the system in a stable and high effect condition. By optimizing the bacterium group structure of bio-chemistry system and upgrading the water quality of bio-chemistry, the occurrence of MBR membrane pol ution can be efifciently eliminated, so that the whole operation effect of bio-chemistry+MBR system can be boosted up;by setting up the heat exchange system of ifzzwater between MBR and RO, impact of low temperature in Winter on RO system operation can be overcome, the generating water rate of the comb-ing technology of MBR + RO can be upgraded, the operation energy consumption can be saved.
