目的：了解骨肿瘤患者化疗期间焦虑、抑郁情绪现状与创伤后成长水平，并探讨其相关性。方法采用综合性医院焦虑抑郁量表（ HAD）和简体中文创伤后成长量表（ C-PTGI）对109例骨肿瘤化疗患者进行调查，并进行相关分析。结果骨肿瘤化疗患者的焦虑、抑郁总平均分分别为（6．66±3．63），（5．66±3．24）分，有焦虑、抑郁倾向及反应的患者分别占16．51％，19．27％，22．02％，9．17％；创伤后成长（PTG）总分为（61．10±16．82）分；患者焦虑、抑郁在年龄、性别、职业、文化程度、婚姻状况上的差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；患者创伤后成长各维度在年龄、性别、职业、文化程度上的差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），在婚姻状况上的差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。焦虑、抑郁与创伤后成长总分、人生感悟、个人力量均呈负相关（ r值分别为-0．183，-0．276，-0．188，-0．309，-0．315，-0．296；P＜0．05）；抑郁与新的可能性得分呈负相关（r＝-0．230，P＜0．01）。结论焦虑、抑郁对骨肿瘤化疗患者创伤后成长有负性影响，护理人员应及时发现患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪状态以评估正性心理变化，并提供个体化的心理指导，促进患者身心健康。
목적：료해골종류환자화료기간초필、억욱정서현상여창상후성장수평，병탐토기상관성。방법채용종합성의원초필억욱량표（ HAD）화간체중문창상후성장량표（ C-PTGI）대109례골종류화료환자진행조사，병진행상관분석。결과골종류화료환자적초필、억욱총평균분분별위（6．66±3．63），（5．66±3．24）분，유초필、억욱경향급반응적환자분별점16．51％，19．27％，22．02％，9．17％；창상후성장（PTG）총분위（61．10±16．82）분；환자초필、억욱재년령、성별、직업、문화정도、혼인상황상적차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；환자창상후성장각유도재년령、성별、직업、문화정도상적차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），재혼인상황상적차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。초필、억욱여창상후성장총분、인생감오、개인역량균정부상관（ r치분별위-0．183，-0．276，-0．188，-0．309，-0．315，-0．296；P＜0．05）；억욱여신적가능성득분정부상관（r＝-0．230，P＜0．01）。결론초필、억욱대골종류화료환자창상후성장유부성영향，호리인원응급시발현환자적초필、억욱정서상태이평고정성심리변화，병제공개체화적심리지도，촉진환자신심건강。
Objective To investigate the status of anxiety , depression and posttraumatic growth of patients with bone tumor during chemotherapy , and study the relationship among them .Methods 109 cases of patients with bone tumor during chemotherapy were investigated and analyzed with the scales of Hospital Anxiety (HAD) and Depression Scale and Posttraumatic Growth (C-PTGI).Results The average scores of anxiety, depression and posttraumatic growth (PTG) were respectively (6.66 ±3.63),(5.66 ±3.24) and(61.10 ± 16.82).The rate of patients with the inclination and reaction was 16.51%and 19.27%for anxiety, 22.02%and 9.17%for depression.There was no significant difference of anxiety and depression between patients with different age, gender, occupation, education and marriage (P>0.05).There was significant difference of PTG between patients with different age , gender, occupation, education (P<0.05), except marriage (P>0.05). Anxiety, depression and PTG, reflection on life, personal power was negatively correlated ( r =-0.183,-0.276,-0.188,-0.309,-0.315,-0.296, respectively; P<0.05).Depression was also negatively correlated with new possibility (r=-0.230, P<0.01).Conclusions Anxiety and depression have negative effect on posttraumatic growth in patients with bone tumor during chemotherapy .Nursing staff should pay close attention to patients ’ anxiety and depression , in order to assess positive psychological changes and guide them to adjust the changes to promote rehabilitation by personalized psychological nursing .
