目的探讨颈脊髓损伤(cervicalspinalcordinjury，CSCI)患者康复治疗在功能恢复中的作用。方法对2011年12月至2013年3月，在入院进行康复训练的CSCI患者32例，其中男27例，女5例，年龄17～75岁，平均(47.25±7.1)岁，住院时间24～193天，平均108天。采用运动疗法配合理疗及中医按摩疗法对患者进行康复治疗，损伤程度按照ASIA ( American spinal injury association )残损分级、Barthel指数和功能独立性测量(functionalindependencemeasurement，FIM)评定CSCI患者的功能状况。结果经过康复治疗后CSCI患者的并发症得到有效控制，按照ASIA残损分级评定标准评定治疗后较治疗前明显改善，Barthel指数治疗后评分(22.81±6.8)较治疗前评分(17.5±5.03)显著性提高( P＜0.05)，FIM治疗后评分(63.78±7.25)较治疗前评分(53.76±3.71)显著性提高(P＜0.05)。结论 CSCI患者经过康复治疗后，运动功能和生活自理能力( activities of daily living，ADL )得到明显提高和改善，促进其尽早回归家庭和社会。
목적탐토경척수손상(cervicalspinalcordinjury，CSCI)환자강복치료재공능회복중적작용。방법대2011년12월지2013년3월，재입원진행강복훈련적CSCI환자32례，기중남27례，녀5례，년령17～75세，평균(47.25±7.1)세，주원시간24～193천，평균108천。채용운동요법배합리료급중의안마요법대환자진행강복치료，손상정도안조ASIA ( American spinal injury association )잔손분급、Barthel지수화공능독립성측량(functionalindependencemeasurement，FIM)평정CSCI환자적공능상황。결과경과강복치료후CSCI환자적병발증득도유효공제，안조ASIA잔손분급평정표준평정치료후교치료전명현개선，Barthel지수치료후평분(22.81±6.8)교치료전평분(17.5±5.03)현저성제고( P＜0.05)，FIM치료후평분(63.78±7.25)교치료전평분(53.76±3.71)현저성제고(P＜0.05)。결론 CSCI환자경과강복치료후，운동공능화생활자리능력( activities of daily living，ADL )득도명현제고화개선，촉진기진조회귀가정화사회。
Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation therapy on functional recovery in the patients with cervical spinal cord injury ( CSCI ).Methods From December 2011 to March 2013, 32 patients with CSCI received rehabilitation training, including 27 males and 5 females. Their average age was ( 47.25±7.1 ) years old and their average time staying in hospital was 108 days ( range: 24-193 days ). Exercise therapy combined with physical therapy and Chinese medicine massage therapy was performed. The functional recovery was assessed by the American Spinal Injury Association ( ASIA ) standards, Barthel index and functional independence measurement ( FIM ).Results The complications in the patients with CSCI were effectively controlled after the rehabilitation therapy. According to the ASIA standards, the function was signiifcantly improved after the treatment when compared with that before the treatment. The Barthel index score was ( 17.5±5.03 ) points before the treatment, which was obviously increased to ( 22.81±6.8 ) points after the treatment (P<0.05 ). The FIM score was ( 53.76±3.71 ) points before the treatment, which was obviously increased to ( 63.78±7.25 ) points after the treatment (P<0.05 ).Conclusions The motor function and ability of daily life ( ADL ) in the patients with CSCI are signiifcantly improved after the rehabilitation therapy, which helps them return to family and society quickly.
