从窖池建造环境、材料、大小、表面积等方面综合合理设计建窖方式，并分析比较了泥窖、砖窖和砖泥混合窖的优缺点。以优质窖底泥和超浓缩复合己酸菌混合培养制作种液，然后接种于培养基中增殖培养的两步法进行窖泥培养，兼气杆菌等窖泥功能菌生长繁殖较好。
從窖池建造環境、材料、大小、錶麵積等方麵綜閤閤理設計建窖方式，併分析比較瞭泥窖、磚窖和磚泥混閤窖的優缺點。以優質窖底泥和超濃縮複閤己痠菌混閤培養製作種液，然後接種于培養基中增殖培養的兩步法進行窖泥培養，兼氣桿菌等窖泥功能菌生長繁殖較好。

Pit should be designed and constructed with full consideration of pit construction environment, construction materials, pit size, and pit surface area etc. Besides, the advantages and disadvantages of mud pit, brick pit, and mud-brick-mixed pit were compared. Quality bottom pit mud was mixed with hyperconcentrated caproate bacteria for the preparation of culture solution, then two-step culture in the culture medium was done (functional bacteria in pit mud such as bacillus aerogenes etc. grew well).
