Taste buds are receptors for taste. When tasting Baijiu (liquor), the taste buds are stimulated by different flavoring components, and the information is transported through taste nerves to the taste center in brain. The taste buds of Baijiu (liquor) evaluators are highly connected to the sensory evaluation of Baijiu (liquor), which are influenced by many factors. Taste test can directly reflect the distribution of taste buds of the par-ticipant, therefore has a far-reaching influence on the sensory evaluation of Baijiu(liquor).
