目的：评价氟保护剂和多乐氟联合应用治疗龈上洁治术后牙本质敏感症的临床疗效。方法：对龈上洁治术后出现牙本质敏感症的240颗患牙，随机分为4组：A组（空白对照组）；B组（氟保护剂组）；C组（多乐氟组）；D组（氟保护剂＋多乐氟联合应用组），分别观察其处理后的临床脱敏效果。结果：经过脱敏药物处理后，牙本质敏感症状均有所改善，B组、C组和D组均明显优于A组（P＜0．01），其中D组优于B组和C组（P＜0．05），B组和C组两组之间差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：氟保护剂和多乐氟的联合应用对龈上洁治术后的牙本质敏感具有理想的治疗效果，且操作简单，安全，临床效果确切。
목적：평개불보호제화다악불연합응용치료간상길치술후아본질민감증적림상료효。방법：대간상길치술후출현아본질민감증적240과환아，수궤분위4조：A조（공백대조조）；B조（불보호제조）；C조（다악불조）；D조（불보호제＋다악불연합응용조），분별관찰기처리후적림상탈민효과。결과：경과탈민약물처리후，아본질민감증상균유소개선，B조、C조화D조균명현우우A조（P＜0．01），기중D조우우B조화C조（P＜0．05），B조화C조량조지간차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론：불보호제화다악불적연합응용대간상길치술후적아본질민감구유이상적치료효과，차조작간단，안전，림상효과학절。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Fluor Protector plus Du-raphat for preventing dentin hypersensitiveness after the supragingival scaling. Method:240 occurred dentin hypersensitive-ness teeth were randomly divided into four groups:Experimental group A-served as blank control;Experimental group B treated with the Fluor Protector;Experimental group C- treated with the Duraphat; Experimental group D treated with both Fluor Protector and Duraphat.The effects of desensitization among the 4 groups were evaluated. Result:Significant differ-ences were found between the control group and the other three experimental groups(P<0.01). Significant differences were also found among the group B,C and the experimental group D(P<0.05). But no significant difference were found between experimental B and C (P >0.05). Conclusion:The effect of preventing dental hypersensitiveness by using Fluor Protector plus Duraphat is ideal. It is easy to use and worth being widely applied in oral clinic.
