目的:探索羟基磷灰石/凝胶支架(HAP-GEL)复合成骨细胞在兔颅骨缺损中的修复效果。方法:将HAP-GEL复合物与成骨细胞联合培养,制备兔颅顶骨骨缺损模型,根据植入材料分为3组,分别为HAP-GEL复合成骨细胞、HAP-GEL支架与空白对照。于术后12周通过大体标本观察、X线与CT分析骨缺损修复情况。结果:术后12周影像学评估,空白对照组骨缺损均为明显透射影;HAP-GEL支架复合成骨细胞与HAP-GEL支架组均为低密度影,缺损的边缘略显模糊。结论:HAP-GEL复合成骨细胞修复兔颅骨缺损,可取得较好的修复效果。

목적:탐색간기린회석/응효지가(HAP-GEL)복합성골세포재토로골결손중적수복효과。방법:장HAP-GEL복합물여성골세포연합배양,제비토로정골골결손모형,근거식입재료분위3조,분별위HAP-GEL복합성골세포、HAP-GEL지가여공백대조。우술후12주통과대체표본관찰、X선여CT분석골결손수복정황。결과:술후12주영상학평고,공백대조조골결손균위명현투사영;HAP-GEL지가복합성골세포여HAP-GEL지가조균위저밀도영,결손적변연략현모호。결론:HAP-GEL복합성골세포수복토로골결손,가취득교호적수복효과。
Objective:To investigate the ability of HAP-GEL/osteoblasts scaffolds to repair cranial bone defect. Method:HAP-GEL and osteoblasts were co-culture.The rabbits cranial parietal bone defect models were prepared.Respec-tively HAP-GEL/osteoblasts scaffolds and HAP-GEL scaffolds were implanted into the cranial bone defects area. After 12 weeks,the result was evaluated by gross inspection and imaging evaluation. Result:Blank defects were significantly ridiolu-cent area in the imaging of 12 weeks,HAP-GEL/osteoblasts and HAP-GEL scaffolds were low density area. Conclusion:The engineering bone constructed by HAP-GEL scaffolds and osteoblasts scaffold can be applied to the repair of bone defect in rabbit.
