目的:利用同轴静电纺丝技术制备纳米级聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)与聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)芯壳型复合纤维,评价其相关理化性能。方法:运用同轴静电纺丝法制备壳层为PLGA,芯层为PEI的电纺纤维膜。扫描电子显微镜观察纤维膜表面形貌、激光共聚焦显微镜检测纤维同轴结构、接触角测量仪测定接触角、万能试验机测量纤维力学性能。结果:所制备的同轴芯壳型PEI/PLGA电纺纤维表面光滑、分布均匀、直径范围175~1076 nm,激光共聚焦显微镜下可见清晰的芯壳结构,接触角为72.45±2.02°,拉伸强度(3.65±0.35)Mpa、弹性模量9.0±1.70。结论:作为一种新型支架材料,采用同轴静电纺丝法可以制备PEI/PLGA芯壳结构的电纺纤维在组织工程领域有进一步的应用前景。

목적:이용동축정전방사기술제비납미급취유산-간기을산공취물(PLGA)여취을희아알(PEI)심각형복합섬유,평개기상관이화성능。방법:운용동축정전방사법제비각층위PLGA,심층위PEI적전방섬유막。소묘전자현미경관찰섬유막표면형모、격광공취초현미경검측섬유동축결구、접촉각측량의측정접촉각、만능시험궤측량섬유역학성능。결과:소제비적동축심각형PEI/PLGA전방섬유표면광활、분포균균、직경범위175~1076 nm,격광공취초현미경하가견청석적심각결구,접촉각위72.45±2.02°,랍신강도(3.65±0.35)Mpa、탄성모량9.0±1.70。결론:작위일충신형지가재료,채용동축정전방사법가이제비PEI/PLGA심각결구적전방섬유재조직공정영역유진일보적응용전경。
Objective:To prepare a novel poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)/Polyethylenimine (PEI) core-sheath structured composite membrane by coaxial electrospinning,evaluate PLGA / PEI fiber morphology and related prop-erties, we provided the basis for scaffold on tissue engineering. Method:By using the technology of coaxial electrospinning, fiber membranes with shell of PLGA and core of PEI were prepared. Then we observed the morphologyo, detected the coax-ial structure, investigated hydrophilicity and measured the mechanical properties of the fibers. Result:The coaxial structure fiber diameter is uniform distribution and the surface of fibers was smooth. The diameter,the hydrophilic absorption and the mechanical properties were different from fiber membranes with PLGA. Conclusion:The PEI/PLGA fiber was prepared;at the same time the fiber indicate the well prospects on the field of tissue engineering.
