目的:观察肝衰竭大鼠胃排空及胃窦肌间神经丛胆碱能和氮能神经的变化。方法40只 Wistar 大鼠随机分为肝衰竭模型组和对照组,采用葡聚糖蓝-2000为标志物观察大鼠胃排空的变化,应用乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)和还原型辅酶Ⅱ硫辛酰胺脱氢酶(NAD-PH -d)组织化学染色及肌间神经丛全层铺片技术,观察肝衰竭大鼠胃窦肌间神经丛胆碱能和氮能神经的变化,并进行定量分析。计量资料以均数±标准差(x ±s)表示,组间比较采用 t 检验。结果肝衰竭组大鼠胃排空明显减弱(163.00±25.68 vs 100.00±18.93,P<0.01),胃窦肌间神经丛胆碱能阳性神经元数量减少,神经纤维变细,分布较稀疏,明显低于对照组(t =3.201,P <0.01);氮能神经阳性神经元数量及神经纤维分布明显高于对照组(t =2.912,P <0.01)。结论肝衰竭大鼠胃功能的减退与胃窦肌间神经丛胆碱能神经分布减少及氮能神经分布增加有关。

목적:관찰간쇠갈대서위배공급위두기간신경총담감능화담능신경적변화。방법40지 Wistar 대서수궤분위간쇠갈모형조화대조조,채용포취당람-2000위표지물관찰대서위배공적변화,응용을선담감지매(AchE)화환원형보매Ⅱ류신선알탈경매(NAD-PH -d)조직화학염색급기간신경총전층포편기술,관찰간쇠갈대서위두기간신경총담감능화담능신경적변화,병진행정량분석。계량자료이균수±표준차(x ±s)표시,조간비교채용 t 검험。결과간쇠갈조대서위배공명현감약(163.00±25.68 vs 100.00±18.93,P<0.01),위두기간신경총담감능양성신경원수량감소,신경섬유변세,분포교희소,명현저우대조조(t =3.201,P <0.01);담능신경양성신경원수량급신경섬유분포명현고우대조조(t =2.912,P <0.01)。결론간쇠갈대서위공능적감퇴여위두기간신경총담감능신경분포감소급담능신경분포증가유관。
Objective To observe the changes in gastric emptying and distribution of cholinergic and nitrergic nerves in the myenteric plexus of the antrum of rats with liver failure.Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and liver failure model group.The gastric emptying of rats was evaluated using Dextran blue 2000 as an indicator.The cholinergic and nitrergic nerves in the myenteric plexus of the antrum were observed by acetylcholinesterase and NADPH -d histochemical staining and whole -mount preparation of the myenteric plexus and were then quantitatively analyzed.Continuous data were expressed as mean ±SD,and comparison between groups was made by t test.Re-sults Compared with the control group,the liver failure model group had significantly reduced gastric emptying (163.00 ±25.68 vs 100.00 ± 18.93,P <0.01),a significantly reduced number of positive cholinergic neurons (with significantly thinner fibers)in the myenteric plexus of the antrum (t =3.201,P <0.01),and a significantly increased number of positive nitrergic neurons and fibers (t =2.912,P <0.01).Con-clusion For rats with liver failure,declining gastric function is associated with a reduced number of cholinergic nerves and an increased num-ber of nitrergic nerves in the myenteric plexus of the antrum.
