利用 DSP 技术对铁磁性材料漏磁检测系统进行开发。以 TMS320F2812芯片为主处理器,利用其事件管理器实现了被测件的柔性磁化。采用小波技术对漏磁信号进行去噪处理,利用 Matlab验证去噪效果,并研究在 TMS320F2812芯片上的算法实现。为减小 CPU 的负担,提高检测系统的通信能力,采用小波技术对漏磁信号进行压缩。最后,设计开发了漏磁检测系统的外设通信模块以及缺陷标记模块。

A magnetic flux testing system is re-searched and developed based on DSP technology. TMS320F2812 chip was adopted for the main pro-cessor and the event manager of TMS320F2812 chip was used to realize test pieces’flexibly mag-netizing.The application of wavelet technology in MFL signal de noising is studied.At first,de noising effect is verified by software Matlab.Then,wavelet de noising method with TMS320F2812 chip for MFL signal is studied.Meanwhile,in or-der to reduce the burden of CPU and improve the communication capability of the testing system, date compression of MFL signal based on wavelet technology is also studied.Finally,both communi-cation module and defect marking module of the testing systemare designed.
