目的:了解武警某医院4年内上报的法定传染病流行特点和疫情动态,为制定有效的防控措施提供依据。方法用描述性流行病学方法对武警某医院2010-2013年法定传染病资料进行统计、分析。结果4年内共报告法定传染病7349例,合计11种,其中乙类传染病3238例(44.06%),丙类传染病4108例(55.90%),其他传染病3例(0.04%),无甲类传染病;从传染病传播途径来看,肠道传染病4008例(54.54%),血源及性传播疾病3188例(43.38%),呼吸道传染病40例(0.54%),其他传染病(流行性出血性结膜炎)113例(1.54%)。结论在今后的传染病防治工作中,应将肠道疾病、血源性及性传播疾病的防治作为重点。

목적:료해무경모의원4년내상보적법정전염병류행특점화역정동태,위제정유효적방공조시제공의거。방법용묘술성류행병학방법대무경모의원2010-2013년법정전염병자료진행통계、분석。결과4년내공보고법정전염병7349례,합계11충,기중을류전염병3238례(44.06%),병류전염병4108례(55.90%),기타전염병3례(0.04%),무갑류전염병;종전염병전파도경래간,장도전염병4008례(54.54%),혈원급성전파질병3188례(43.38%),호흡도전염병40례(0.54%),기타전염병(류행성출혈성결막염)113례(1.54%)。결론재금후적전염병방치공작중,응장장도질병、혈원성급성전파질병적방치작위중점。
Objective To analyze the characteristic features of notifiable diseases and provide experience in the control of in-fectious diseases.Methods Using descriptive epidemiological methods, the data of notifiable diseases from 2010 to 2013 in the hospi-tal were statistically analyzed.Results Eleven infectious diseases were reported, involving a total of 7349 cases in 4 years, including category B infectious diseases 3238 cases (44.06%), category C infectious diseases 4108 cases (55.90%), and others 3 cases (0.04%) .No category A infectious diseases were reported.As for route of transmission, there were 4008 cases of (54.54%) intesti-nal infectious diseases, 3188 cases of sexually transmitted diseases ( 43.38%) , 40 cases of the respiratory infectious diseases (0.54%), and 113 cases of others (1.54%).Conclusions Emphasis should be put on the control of intestinal infectious diseases, virus hepatitis and AIDS.
