为了提高纸类异形吸塑包装激光切割系统的自动化程度,实现加工路径智能生成功能,提出一种将图像处理与改进的A倡算法相结合的激光切割路径自动生成方法。该方法以工业摄像机采集到的底板纸排料图像为基础,通过图像处理方法获得吸塑包装底板纸的轮廓轨迹路径,对各个轮廓轨迹进行排序,并获得各个轮廓加工的起始点,最后应用改进的A倡算法生成各个轮廓间的辅助连接路径,实现激光头的自动避障,最终实现全部切割路径的自动生成,既进行了切割路径优化,又实现了加工路径的智能避障。详细介绍了该方法的原理及实现步骤,并进行了实际加工验证,效果良好。

To improve the degree of automation of the paper special-shaped plastic sucking packaging laser cutting system ,and re-alize the function of path intelligent generation ,puts forward a method to generate the laser cutting path automatically ,which com-bines the image processing with improved A *algorithm.This method is based on the discharge image of bottom paper which were acquired by industrial camera .The method acquires the contour path of bottom paper of special-shaped plastic sucking packaging by image processing ,sorts the contour path of machining parts ,and gets the starting point of every contour path .At last,the meth-od applies the improved A*algorithm to generate and optimize the auxiliary connection path among the contours ,and achieve the automatic obstacle avoidance of the laser head .Introduce the principle and the realization procedure of the method .This method has been proved by the actual laser cutting and works well .
