从单头弧面分度凸轮基本动作入手,根据凸轮带动转盘的运动规律,设计主要运动参数和几何参数,然后输入到Matlab软件中进行计算及曲线分析,最后通过SolidWorks软件建立凸轮的三维特征模型并进行运动仿真分析。通过仿真分析结果证明,采用该设计方法设计的凸轮曲面与理论值符合度较高,为弧面分度凸轮的快速、高效设计和动态改进提供了一种高效可行的方法。

According to the basic movements of single head globoidal indexing cam and the law of motion that the cam drive dial , the main motion parameters and geometrical parameters of the cam were built ,and they were later put into Matlab to calculate and conduct curve analysis , and three-dimensional feature model and movement simulation of the cam were done based on Solid -Works.The results show that the cam surface designed by this method is consistent with its theory value in a high degree .Moreo-ver,a high effective and fast design method of globoidal indexing cam are provided and the method can supply the function for dy -namic improvement .
