利用GT-drive软件建立汽车整车模型,并利用遗传算法与直接搜索工具箱( Genetic Algorithm and Direct Search Toolbox,GADST)和GT-drive软件联合建立多目标汽车传动系统优化模型。结合某款5挡手动变速汽车,以汽车动力性和燃油经济性为指标,对汽车传动系参数进行了优化,得到一组最优的传动系参数,在保持汽车原有动力性能的基础上,达到了降低汽车燃油消耗的目的。该优化结果为车辆的进一步改进设计提供了重要参考依据。

Build an accurate model of the vehicle based on GT-drive.And a combined multi-objective optimization model is estab-lished with Genetic Algorithm and Direct Search Toolbox ( GADST) and GT-drive.With a 5 manual transmission vehicle ,the trans-mission parameters are optimized based on dynamic property and fuel economy .After optimization,a set of optimal transmission coefficient is confirmed .While maintaining the basis of the original dynamic performance ,the effect of fuel consumption reducing is obtained .The optimization results provides theoretical for the further improvement of the design .
