后安山隧道位于吉林省东北部,地处严寒地带。为预防冻胀,隧道洞口1 km 范围内设置深埋水沟,水沟开挖深度至仰拱面下3.44 m,施工难度大。加快深埋水沟施工速度,减少对隧道拱墙初期支护的影响,确保施工安全是该工程的难题。本文结合现场施工实践,系统总结了该隧道深埋水沟施工工序及施工控制技术。

Hou'anshan tunnel,located in the Northeast part of Jilin province,suffers from severely cold surrounding. T he tunnel takes on deep ditches within a 1 000 m radius as a precaution method against frost-heave hazard,all of w hich are excavated at a depth of 3. 44 m from the inverted surface. T he difficult techniques of the project require construction safety,fast construction speed and minimum impact on preliminary supporting of the arch wall all at the same time. W ith that in mind,the paper looks into the construction process,and comes out with working procedures and control approaches specific for such project.
