祁连山隧道为高铁大断面长隧道,地处高原,围岩富水软弱破碎,地质条件多变,施工采用“正洞+2座斜井+局部贯通平导”方案,进出口及平导辅助正洞多个作业面平行作业,施工组织管理难度大、安全风险高。施工过程中综合应用了超前地质预报、软弱围岩变形量测及施工安全预警、碎屑流地层注浆加固开挖、反坡施工排水等技术,安全、保质地实现了工期目标,为同类型隧道施工提供了经验。
祁連山隧道為高鐵大斷麵長隧道,地處高原,圍巖富水軟弱破碎,地質條件多變,施工採用“正洞+2座斜井+跼部貫通平導”方案,進齣口及平導輔助正洞多箇作業麵平行作業,施工組織管理難度大、安全風險高。施工過程中綜閤應用瞭超前地質預報、軟弱圍巖變形量測及施工安全預警、碎屑流地層註漿加固開挖、反坡施工排水等技術,安全、保質地實現瞭工期目標,為同類型隧道施工提供瞭經驗。

Qilian M ountain T unnel is a long tunnel w ith large section of high speed railw ay locating at plateau,w hich has watery surrounding rock and is weak with varied geological conditions. T his paper adopted the main tunnel +two inclined shafts + local cutting through parallel scheme,characterized by several parallel working of entrance/exit and parallel assisting main tunnel,which has difficult construction organization and high safety risk. T he construction process used several key technologies including advance geological forecast,deformation measurement of weak surrounding rock and construction safety warning,grouting reinforcement and excavation of debris flow formation, reverse slope construction for drainage,w hich achieved the project goal safely and effectively and provides a valuable reference for similar tunnel construction.
