目的 探讨炎琥宁治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期的疗效及安全性.方法 将本院COPD急性发作期患者140例,随机分为观察组70例,对照组70例,两组给予抗感染等常规治疗,观察组在抗感染等常规治疗上加用炎琥宁治疗,观察对比两组的疗效及安全性.结果 观察组总有效率为95.71％；对照组总有效率80.00％,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组未发现不良反应.结论 炎琥宁治疗COPD急性发作期的疗效显著,未发现不良反应.

목적 탐토염호저치료만성조새성폐질병(COPD)급성발작기적료효급안전성.방법 장본원COPD급성발작기환자140례,수궤분위관찰조70례,대조조70례,량조급여항감염등상규치료,관찰조재항감염등상규치료상가용염호저치료,관찰대비량조적료효급안전성.결과 관찰조총유효솔위95.71％；대조조총유효솔80.00％,량조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；량조미발현불량반응.결론 염호저치료COPD급성발작기적료효현저,미발현불량반응.
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Yanhuning injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods 140 cases of COPD acute onset patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,70 cases in each group.The two groups received the normal treatments such as anti-infective treatment.Based on this,the treatment group was added Yanhuning injection treatment.We observed and compared the clinical efficacy and the safety of the treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.71％ and the rate of the control group was 80.00％,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05) There were no obvious side effects in both groups.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Yanhuning in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD is obvious without side effects.
