针对水果称重包装生产过程的需要，设计了水果称重包装生产线PLC控制系统。控制系统由PLC、触摸屏、U形秤、水果传送装置和传感器组成。此控制系统有能够实现手自动切换、分向给料、按给定数值称量、流程化包装、界面化操作和随启随用的特点。系统投入实际运行，有效地减少了工人的工作量和出错率，降低了用工成本，提高了称重包装效率，实现了流线化包装。
