目的:分析2年来连云港市东方医院收治的3例新生儿脑梗死患儿的临床资料及预后,并复习相关文献,总结相关经验。方法选择3例新生儿脑梗死确诊病例,分析其临床特征及影像学表现,进行围生期因素和其他可能病因分析,并对存活患儿进行随访。结果3例新生儿脑梗死中,1例出现惊厥,1例临床以青紫表现,1例无明显神经系统症状。颅脑 MRI 均提示动脉支的梗死。1例家长放弃治疗,2例好转出院,随访12个月未发现异常。结论新生儿脑梗死原因复杂,常见临床表现为惊厥,头颅 MRI 是主要确诊方法,早期诊断及治疗对预后至关重要。

Objective To analyze the clinical data and prognosis of 3 children with neonatal cerebral infarction in Driental Hospital and Foreign Related Hospital of Lian Yun Gang,review the relevant literature to summarize the relevant experience. Methods Three children with neonatal cerebral infarction were selected and their clinical features and imaging findings were an-alyzed. The conducted perinatal factors and other possible of factors were also analyzed. The surviving children were followed up. Results Among the 3 children with neonatal cerebral infarction,1 case were with convulsions,1 case with clinical manifesta-tions bruising,and 1 case had no neurological symptom. Brain MRI were prompted infarction of arterial branches. One case gave up treatment with the permittion of its parents. Two cases were improved and discharged,and there was no abnormality after 12 months followed up. Conclusion Causes of neonatal cerebral infarction were complicated. Convulsions was the commonly clini-cal manifestations of neonatal cerebral infarction. Cranial MRI is the primary diagnostic method,and early diagnosis and treat-ment is crucial for prognosis.
