目的：探讨血清半胱胺酸蛋白酶抑制剂 C（CysC）联合视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）在肿瘤化疗中评价早期肾功能损伤的价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年1月舞阳县中心医院收治的50例肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果观察组血尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）、CysC、RBP 浓度均明显高于对照组（P <0.05）；消化道肿瘤患者的 BUN、Cr、CysC 浓度均明显高于对照组（P <0.05），但两组患者的 RBP 浓度比较差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）；观察组 BUN、Cr、CysC、RBP、CysC + RBP浓度达到诊断标准的阳性率为8%（4/50）、10%（5/50）、88%（44/50）、82%（41/50）、92%（46/50），均较对照组明显增高（P <0.05）。结论 CysC 联合 RBP 在评价肿瘤化疗患者早期肾功能损伤中具有较高的应用价值，值得推广。
目的：探討血清半胱胺痠蛋白酶抑製劑 C（CysC）聯閤視黃醇結閤蛋白（RBP）在腫瘤化療中評價早期腎功能損傷的價值。方法迴顧性分析2012年1月至2014年1月舞暘縣中心醫院收治的50例腫瘤患者的臨床資料。結果觀察組血尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）、CysC、RBP 濃度均明顯高于對照組（P <0.05）；消化道腫瘤患者的 BUN、Cr、CysC 濃度均明顯高于對照組（P <0.05），但兩組患者的 RBP 濃度比較差異無統計學意義（P >0.05）；觀察組 BUN、Cr、CysC、RBP、CysC + RBP濃度達到診斷標準的暘性率為8%（4/50）、10%（5/50）、88%（44/50）、82%（41/50）、92%（46/50），均較對照組明顯增高（P <0.05）。結論 CysC 聯閤 RBP 在評價腫瘤化療患者早期腎功能損傷中具有較高的應用價值，值得推廣。

Objective To investigate the value of serum cysteine protease inhibitors C(CysC)combined with retinol binding protein(RBP)in the evaluation of early renal damage in cancer chemotherapy. Methods The clinical data of 50 cancer pa-tients in Wuyang central hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results BUN,Cr,CysC, RBP levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0. 05);BUN,Cr,CysC levels of gastrointestinal cancer patients were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference in RBP concentration between the two groups(P >0. 05);The positive rate of BUN,Cr,CysC,RBP,CysC + RBP con-centrations reached diagnostic criteria of the observation group was 8%(4/ 50),10%(5/ 50),88%(44/ 50),82%(41/ 50)and 92%(46/ 50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion CysC combined with RBP has high application value on the evaluation of early renal damage in cancer chemotherapy,so it is worthy of promoting.
