目的:探讨聚焦解决模式在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者健康教育管理中的应用效果。方法选择非酒精性脂肪性肝炎( NASH)患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组按照常规内容和模式进行健康教育,观察组按照聚焦解决模式5个步骤进行健康教育。比较两组患者健康知识的掌握程度、对护理满意度、生活质量水平和出院后6个月治疗依从性。结果出院时聚焦解决模式组NASH健康知识掌握达到优的患者占90.0%,对照组占33.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.863,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.3%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.254, P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)总分(238.31±24.68)分,高于对照组的(201.53±21.59)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.568,P<0.05)。出院后6个月观察组治疗完全依从患者占86.6%,对照组占66.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.436,P<0.05)。结论采用聚焦解决模式对NASH患者的治疗有明显的指导作用,可改善患者的生活质量和满意度,提高患者依从性。

목적:탐토취초해결모식재비주정성지방성간염환자건강교육관리중적응용효과。방법선택비주정성지방성간염( NASH)환자60례,안수궤수자표법분위대조조화관찰조,매조30례。대조조안조상규내용화모식진행건강교육,관찰조안조취초해결모식5개보취진행건강교육。비교량조환자건강지식적장악정도、대호리만의도、생활질량수평화출원후6개월치료의종성。결과출원시취초해결모식조NASH건강지식장악체도우적환자점90.0%,대조조점33.3%,차이유통계학의의(χ2=9.863,P<0.05);관찰조호리만의도위93.3%,고우대조조적83.3%,차이유통계학의의(χ2=7.254, P<0.05);관찰조환자생활질량종합평정문권(GQOLI-74)총분(238.31±24.68)분,고우대조조적(201.53±21.59)분,차이유통계학의의(t=7.568,P<0.05)。출원후6개월관찰조치료완전의종환자점86.6%,대조조점66.7%,차이유통계학의의(χ2=6.436,P<0.05)。결론채용취초해결모식대NASH환자적치료유명현적지도작용,가개선환자적생활질량화만의도,제고환자의종성。
Objective To explore the application effect of solution-focused approach in the health education management in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis ( NASH ) .Methods Sixty patients with NASH were chosen and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, each with 30 cases.The control group received the health education according to the routine content and mode, and the observation group received the health education according to solution -focused approach .The mastery degree of health knowledge , the nursing satisfaction , the level of life quality and the treatment compliance 6 months after discharge were compared between two groups .Results The percentage of achieving excellent state of mastery degree of health knowledge of NASH in the observation group at discharge was 90.0%, and was 33.3%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =9.863, P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.3%, and was higher than 83.3%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =7.254, P<0.05).The total score of general quality of life inventory (GQOLI-74) in the observation group was (238.31 ±24.68), and was higher than (201.53 ± 21.59) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t =7.568, P <0.05).The percentage of fully compliance in the observation group 6 months after discharge was 86.6%, and was 66.7%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =6.436, P<0.05).Conclusions The application of solution-focused approach plays a significant guiding role in treatment of NASH , and can improve the patients’ quality of life and satisfaction , and enhance their compliance .
