目的：通过评估和分析心脏直视术后患者留置胃管的护理风险，制定有效的护理对策，确保患者安全。方法对316例心脏直视手术后患者进行详细的留置胃管风险评估和分析，并针对每条风险，制定和实施有效的护理对策。结果316例患者未发生胃管相关不良事件，护理结局良好。结论正确评估心脏直视术后患者留置胃管风险，并采取积极有效的护理措施，可以减少或避免护理不良事件发生，使患者安全得到最大保障。
목적：통과평고화분석심장직시술후환자류치위관적호리풍험，제정유효적호리대책，학보환자안전。방법대316례심장직시수술후환자진행상세적류치위관풍험평고화분석，병침대매조풍험，제정화실시유효적호리대책。결과316례환자미발생위관상관불량사건，호리결국량호。결론정학평고심장직시술후환자류치위관풍험，병채취적겁유효적호리조시，가이감소혹피면호리불량사건발생，사환자안전득도최대보장。
Objective Using the evaluation and analysis of nursing risk of the patients with gastric tube after open-heart surgery , to formulate corresponding nursing strategies in order to insure patients'safety. Methods A total of 316 patients with gastric tube after open heart surgery were examined and evaluated by each nursing risks.Results A total of 316 patients with gastric tube had no adverse events , with good nursing outcomes.Conclusions By evaluation and analysis the nursing risk of the patients with gastric tube after open-heart surgery, it is possible to reduce and avoid harmful events and insure patients'safety.
