目的:了解“90后”临床护士组织支持感与离职意愿的现状,探讨两者之间的关系。方法采用组织支持感量表、离职意愿量表对杭州市8家三级综合性医院共229名“90后”临床护士进行问卷调查。结果本组护士的组织支持感总体得分为(2.82±0.29)分,为偏低水平;护士离职意愿总分为(16.14±2.87)分,处于较高水平;组织支持感总分与离职意愿呈负相关(r=-0.407,P<0.01)。结论医院管理者应采取有针对性的组织支持措施,提高临床护士的组织支持感,进而有效降低其离职意愿,稳定护理队伍。

목적:료해“90후”림상호사조직지지감여리직의원적현상,탐토량자지간적관계。방법채용조직지지감량표、리직의원량표대항주시8가삼급종합성의원공229명“90후”림상호사진행문권조사。결과본조호사적조직지지감총체득분위(2.82±0.29)분,위편저수평;호사리직의원총분위(16.14±2.87)분,처우교고수평;조직지지감총분여리직의원정부상관(r=-0.407,P<0.01)。결론의원관리자응채취유침대성적조직지지조시,제고림상호사적조직지지감,진이유효강저기리직의원,은정호리대오。
Objective To understand the status of organizational support and turnover intention in clinical nurses of post-90 s, and explore their relationship .Methods Questionnaires about organizational support and turnover intention were used to investigate 229 clinic nurses of post-90 s from 8 comprehensive third rate hospitals of Hangzhou.Results The total score of organizational support was (2.82 ±0.29) which was relatively low, and the total score of turnover intention was (16.14 ±2.87) which was relatively high.There was negative correlation between organizational support and turnover intention ( r =-0.407, P <0.01 ). Conclusions Hospital managers should take some effective interventions to improve clinic nurses 'organizational support and reduce their turnover intention to stabilize the nursing team .
