目的:探讨行为安全观察与沟通( STOP )管理方法在临床护生带教中的应用效果。方法选择2012年3-4月在泌尿外科病房实习的两组护生为管理对象,每组20名。3月份入科的护生为对照组,给予常规带教管理方法,4月份入科的护生为试验组,给予STOP管理方法,观察时间均为1个月。比较两组护生不安全护理行为及引发医疗纠纷事件的发生率。结果对照组和试验组学生不安全护理行为发生率分别为91.6%和4.2%;引发的医疗纠纷事件发生率分别为1.0%和0.2%,试验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为18.800,6.100;P<0.05)。结论 STOP管理方法应用于临床护生带教,可降低不安全护理行为及其引发的医疗纠纷事件的发生率。

Objective To compare the effect of reducing unsafe acts and medical disputes before and after implementing nursing students management via safety training and observation program ( STOP ) in Department of Urological Surgery .Methods Chose 21 students who participated in clinical nursing practice in March, 2012 and April, 2012 in the department of urological surgery in our hospital .We carried out the conventional management methods to the students in first group and STOP methods to the students in second group.Then the incidence of unsafe acts and medical disputes between two groups were compared .Results The incidence of unsafe acts in the first and second group was 91.6%and 4.2%.The incidence of medical disputes in the first and second group was 4.2% and 0.2%.The differences were significant (χ2 =18.800,6.100, respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions STOP management has significant effect on the management of clinical teaching to nursing students and can reduce the incidence of medical disputes because unsafe nursing acts .
